Naik, a professional fitness trainer with over 30 years of experience, committed to helping individuals build stronger bodies, healthier lifestyles, and greater self-confidence.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with renowned fitness centres, including Lawrence Health Club, S.V. Fitness, The Fitness Factory, and now Meera’s Fitness Centre. These experiences have allowed me to train people from diverse fitness backgrounds while continuously refining my coaching techniques to deliver safe and effective results.

These experiences have strengthened my belief that success comes from smart training, proper recovery, and unwavering consistency.
Today, I continue to coach through one-on-one personal training, group fitness sessions, personalized workout programs, and nutrition guidance, helping clients achieve fat loss, muscle gain, strength development, and complete body transformation while maintaining a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
