I have been working out at Meera’s fitness centre for the last 10 months. My trainer, Akshay, has been the biggest motivation for me to lose 14kgs in a healthy way. Apart from training me in terms of how to work out and what to do for fat loss, he has also made sure that he guides us with respect to diet planning and sustaining the weight loss. More than everything, he has been a very understanding, motivating and energetic trainer, who has pushed me every day to get closer to my goal! Meera’s fitness centre and my trainer have been a very important checkpoint in my lifestyle change and better health.
